  • Preheat oven to 375

The meat can be prepared with:

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Mix it all together really well. Then stir in 3/4 cup raw rice.

You can use 4 peppers, cut them down the middle and remove all the seeds. Stab a few holes so grease from the meat can drain a little.

Get a baking dish and spray the bottom with cooking spray so nothing sticks.

Once meat is all stirred up, pack into the peppers and place peppers into baking dish. If there's leftover meat you can.form meatballs to cook in the pan with the peppers.

Open a jar of spaghetti sauce and pour some on each pepper.

Top with some mozzarella cheese and cook for about an hour. Make mashed potatoes to go with it.
